Sweet Sunday Urban Retreat: New Year Special

This full-day retreat is your invitation to begin the year feeling nourished, grounded, and deeply cared for.

We’ll gather, move, breathe fully, and take time just for you. Between sessions, you’ll enjoy lovingly prepared meals from our private chef - wholesome, seasonal dishes to nourish. Space to listen in, set intentions softly, and begin the year with clarity and ease.

Everything is taken care of. All you need to do is arrive as you are.

9:45am: Arrivals, Small Healthy Bite prepared by our private chef

10am: Opening Circle & Intention Setting: to arrive, exhale, and connect - a moment to land fully. Together we’ll set personal intentions, inviting clarity, openness for the day.

10:15 - 11:30am Vinyasa Flow & Breathwork: a breathwork practice into a dynamic, creative yoga flow, synchronising breath with the movement. Working to improve strength, flexibility and mental clarity.

11:30am - 12:30pm Brunch lovingly prepared by our private chef

12:30 - 2:45pm cosy up in the living room with a book, enjoy a massage (additional investment) a walk in the surrounding area perhaps to Brockwell Park market.

2:45pm Afternoon Tea & Healthy Bite lovingly prepared by our private chef

3 - 3:45pm Hatha Yoga & Mediation: a slow & juicy yoga flow, synchronising breath with movement, building strength & flexibility and slowing down of mental chatter.

3:45 - 5pm Yin Yoga: a series of floor-based postures held for 2-4 minutes creating space in the body and practicing stillness both in the mind and body.

5 - 5:15pm Journalling: guided by journalling prompts, we will create space to set intentions for the year ahead.

5:15 - 6:15pm Dinner: lovingly prepared by our private chef.

6:15 - 7:15pm Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath: surrender into a deep state of relaxation, a release of blocked energy and a re-balance of the nervous system.

7:15 - 7:30pm Closing Circle: We’ll close our time together in circle, reflecting on what’s been received and gently sealing the retreat with a sense of connection and completion.

An open-hearted gathering, at the Home from Home Studio, created simply to share nourishment and kindness.

The evening is donation based, with 100% of your donation going directly to St.Christopher’s.

Sound Healing

Surrender into a deep state of relaxation as you are guided through meditation and immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and gong. This soothing practice helps release blocked energy, restore balance to the nervous system, and leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Supper

After the sound bath, we will enjoy a homemade, warming supper together followed by some sweet treats to either enjoy immediately or take home!

Expect a relaxed, welcoming evening filled with sound, warmth, and community spirit.

An afternoon of Hormone Wisdom, Womb Yoga & Sound Healing <3

Homecoming: an Afternoon of Hormone Wisdom, Womb Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a nourishing afternoon designed to support women in feeling safe, held, and empowered in their bodies. Together, we’ll explore the truth behind the so-called “fertility cliff”and reframe the narrative that fertility inevitably declines in your mid-thirties.

You’ll be guided by Amanda, a fertility and hormone health coach, who will share wisdom around hormones, the menstrual cycle, and fertility - offering both clarity and reassurance. Amanda will then lead you through womb-focused yoga. We will then connect over fresh herbal teas and homemade healthy bites, with an opportunity to reflect and share anything from the workshop.

Following this, Amy, a retreat host & facilitator and yoga & sound Instructor, will lead you through a deeply restorative journey of yin yoga, and sound healing. This gentle practice will invite you to connect inward, release fear, and nurture trust in your body’s innate wisdom.

This afternoon is for anyone who wants to:
- Feel more at home in their body and cycles
- Understand their hormones and fertility with compassion and clarity
- Release the pressure of the “ticking clock” and reconnect to their inner rhythm
- Rest, restore, and be lovingly supported in a safe space

No previous yoga experience is needed - just come as you are.

The group will be limited to 8 people, to keep the gathering intimate and supported.

Hormone Wisdom Workshop with Amanda

For too long, our hormones and fertility have been wrapped in shame, blame and fear. This workshop is about rewriting that story. In this supportive space, Amanda will guide you through the essentials of hormones and fertility in your 30s - how they work, why they matter and simple ways to support them. Whether or not children are part of your plans, this workshop will leave you feeling more connected to your body and empowered with practical tools and a fresh perspective on your monthly cycle. 

Womb Yoga with Amanda

A gentle practice that blends movement, mantra, mudra and pranayama to connect you back to your innate power. Womb Yoga centres an understanding and respect of the seasons of your menstrual cycle and supports you to tune in with awareness to your cyclical ebb and flow. An antidote to hustle culture that will help you live with more ease, self-compassion, and enhanced intuition.

A workshop led by Zarina to help you look at your whole health - all aspects of health and wellbeing. Looking at the 6 pillars of health, Zarina will empower you to identify areas which need more focus and guide you to set practical, achievable goals to address this. There will be time for questions and personal recommendations from Zarina.

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with Zarina in a small and supportive group environment.

Intention setting: varied journalling exercises to bring clarity on your values and priorities encouraging a positive outlook on the year ahead.
