Sweet Sunday Urban Retreat: Move, Nourish, Rest
We’ll gather, move, breathe fully, and take time just for you. Between sessions, you’ll enjoy lovingly prepared meals from our private chef - wholesome, seasonal dishes to nourish.
Everything is taken care of. All you need to do is arrive as you are.
9:45am: Arrivals, Small Healthy Bite prepared by our private chef
10am: Opening Circle & Intention Setting: to arrive, exhale, and connect - a moment to land fully. Together we’ll set personal intentions, inviting clarity, openness for the day.
10:15 - 11:30am Mandala Flow & Breathwork: a gorgeous flowing set of movements, 360 degrees around the mat. This form of yoga emphasises balance, symmetry, and fluid transitions, creating a meditative experience reflecting the symbolic meaning of the mandala -wholeness, unity, and the cycle of life.
11:30am - 12:30pm Brunch lovingly prepared by our private chef
12:30 - 2:30pm cosy up in the living room with a book, enjoy a massage (additional investment) a walk in the surrounding area.
2:30pm Afternoon Tea & Healthy Bite lovingly prepared by our private chef
2:45 - 4pm Arm Balances & Inversions Workshop: designed to build strength, confidence, and playful curiosity in your practice.
4:15 - 5:15pm Yin Yoga: a series of floor-based postures held for 3-5 minutes creating space in the body and practicing stillness both in the mind and body.
5:15 - 6:15pm Dinner: lovingly prepared by our private chef.
6:15 - 7:15pm Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath: surrender into a deep state of relaxation, a release of blocked energy and a re-balance of the nervous system.
7:15 - 7:30pm Closing Circle: We’ll close our time together in circle, reflecting on what’s been received and gently sealing the retreat with a sense of connection and completion.
