URBAN RETREATS

- I run Urban Retreats every month from my home, with the aim to provide a safe space, a home from home, for those who would like to take more time for themselves, but may not be able to commit to weekend/week long retreats.

- Groups are always limited to a small amount of people. The wonderful thing about having an intimate group is that I can provide a more personalised practise and because of this, each Retreat is so different!
