9:15pm onwards - if you aren't ready for bed, I invite you to sit by the log fire with a tea and a new friend, take some alone time, or get stuck in to a good book…

Pre 8am - if you are an early riser, I invite you to take a mindful walk or jog around the beautiful grounds, enjoy some journaling…
8 - 8:30am tea, coffee, fruit, healthy bites
8:45 - 9:45am Morning Yoga
10 - 11am Healthy Breakfast
11 - 1:45pm Free time - a chat with a fellow Yogi, silent mediation, a game of tennis, crisp fresh air, a massage (additional cost)…
1:45 - 2:45pm Nutritious Lunch
2:45 - 5pm Free time - wrap up warm and snooze in a hammock, an energising walk around the grounds, mediation, a massage (additional cost), explore the surrounding countryside…
5:15 - 6:30pm Class/Workshop
6:30 - 7:30pm Nourishing Evening Meal
