Pre 7:30am - if you are an early riser, I invite you to take a mindful walk or jog towards the beach, enjoy some journaling or a refreshing dip in the plunge pool…
7:30 - 7:45am tea, coffee, fruit, healthy bites
7:45 - 9am Rocket inspired Vinyasa Yoga
9 - 10am Healthy Breakfast
10 - 12:45pm Free time/ treatments, hot tub, sauna, plunge pool, beach trip
12:45-1:45pm Nutritious Lunch
1:45-3pm Free time/ treatments, hot tub, sauna, plunge pool, beach trip
3-4:15pm Workshop/Class at the beach (weather permitting)
4:30pm Healthy afternoon bite
