The thing I love most about teaching is the community. Everyone is so beautiful in their own unique way and brings such a special energy. So let’s take some more time together at an extended Sweet Sunday, over a delicious, nutritious brunch.

  • Nurturing Flow Yoga: body & mind connection, moving through a dynamic sequence personalised to you.

  • Yin Yoga: Holding certain postures for an extended period of time to help alleviate tension and restore the body.

  • Breathwork: various exercises using the breath to help gain presence, calm and grounding.

  • Meditation: an exercise encouraging focus, clarity and calm.

  • Journalling & intention setting: encouraging self-confidence and personal growth

  • Sound Healing: experience a deep state of relaxation, a release of blocked energy and a re-balance of the nervous system.

  • Healthy Vegetarian Brunch: vegan/GF/DF options available.

    - An intimate group with a maximum of 5 people - the wonderful thing about having a small group is that I can provide a more personalised practise. Requests are encouraged.

Sarah will take us through a live plant-based brunch cook-along of one of her delicious brunch recipes! We will send out the ingredients list in advance so we can all cook together!

FREE ONLINE YOGA WORKSHOP

FREE online Yoga Fundamentals Workshop

Who can join?

  • Everyone! 

  • The workshop is suitable for everyone whether you are a beginner or more of an advanced Yogi. 


What does it involve?

  • The idea of the workshop is to introduce (i) alignment of poses; and (ii) breathing techniques we often see in a yoga class but don't necessarily have the time to focus on. 

  • I will start the workshop in a class format so you can still get your yoga fix but with a more detailed breakdown of the main poses and techniques.

  • We will have time at the end for any specific poses or questions you might have.

  • If there are certain poses you are working on/ confused about/ want to try, please drop me a message before so I can be sure to include it in the workshop.


How long?

  • The workshop will be 45 mins and then I will be staying online after to help with any specific poses or questions and work through them with you - so stay as long as you like!
