Surrounded by beautiful unspoilt Kent countryside, with meandering lanes leading to picturesque villages, orchards and hop gardens, lies our stunning home for the weekend.
Enjoy a rich & varied timetable of classes & workshops in our gorgeous Yoga Studio overlooking our outdoor heated pool, take time to unwind in both indoor and outdoor living spaces or take off to explore 28 acres of private land.
An oasis of peace and privacy, perfect for taking an intentional pause mid-year before the rush of summer begins.

Your Host - Amy Chilver
—> Amy has been practising Yoga for over 17 years. After the profound impact that Yoga had on her life, Amy trained as a Yoga Instructor to share her passion for Yoga with others.
—> Amy’s classes always bring an element of challenge, play and calm. Amy encourages her students to connect with their own bodies and to make choices which work for them on that particular day. Whilst alignment focussed in her teaching, she emphasises the importance of ensuring it feels good for that student and that there is no right or wrong in practice.
—> Amy’s aim is to hold a space for students to feel welcome, at ease, and with a sense of achievement. Amy’s favourite thing about teaching Yoga is the wonderful people she meets. Members of the community who join her classes are incredible and inspire her daily, and she can’t wait to spend some quality time with them at Pause in July.
—> Amy has over 850hrs of Yoga Teacher Training mostly in India where she experienced intense training in Advanced Vinyasa, Mandala, Mediation and Breathwork. Amy has also trained in Rocket, Yin, Restorative, Yoga & Mental Health, Sound Healing, Pregnancy & Post Natal. Amy also has a Psychology BSc degree and she brings elements of her work in this field into her classes.

You do not need to know another person going on the retreat to book into a shared room. You will be paired with another person who has booked on their own as well. It is one of the most beautiful ways to meet people, I have made life-long friends from room shares on yoga retreats!

How to book
1. Send an email to amychilveryoga@gmail.com with your top two room preferences (unless you are choosing the quad rooms in which case, just that choice is fine). Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. I will respond confirming if that room is available (and if not, suggesting an alternative if possible) & requesting payment of deposit (£200) (non-refundable) and filling in of a booking form. A full set of Terms and Conditions will be provided before requesting payment of deposit.
3. I will hold the room for 24 hours in order for the deposit to be paid and the booking form to be filled in.
4. On receipt of payment of deposit, I will send you a confirmation email and receipt securing your booking.
5. Full payment by 1 April 2026. Payment Plans available.
