Begin your weekend with a juicy Mandala Flow into a short yin practice.

Mandala

Mandala Flow is a gorgeous flowing set of movements, 360 degrees around the mat. This form of yoga emphasises balance, symmetry, and fluid transitions, creating a meditative experience reflecting the symbolic meaning of the mandala— wholeness, unity, and the cycle of life.

Yin

Yin is a floor based sequence of deep stretches held for around 3-5 minutes, which targets the deeper connective tissues of the body. It can encourage emotional release and a lead you into a meditative state.

The morning is designed for a small group for a more personalised practice and plenty of hands on adjustments (optional).

Enjoy a breakfast pot, herbal teas & coffee, connecting with like-minded people.
