Homecoming: an Afternoon of Hormone Wisdom, Womb Yoga & Sound Healing
Join us for a nourishing afternoon designed to support women in feeling safe, held, and empowered in their bodies. Together, we’ll explore the truth behind the so-called “fertility cliff”and reframe the narrative that fertility inevitably declines in your mid-thirties.
You’ll be guided by Amanda, a fertility and hormone health coach, who will share wisdom around hormones, the menstrual cycle, and fertility - offering both clarity and reassurance. Amanda will then lead you through womb-focused yoga. We will then connect over fresh herbal teas and homemade healthy bites, with an opportunity to reflect and share anything from the workshop.
Following this, Amy, a retreat host & facilitator and yoga & sound Instructor, will lead you through a deeply restorative journey of yin yoga, and sound healing. This gentle practice will invite you to connect inward, release fear, and nurture trust in your body’s innate wisdom.
This afternoon is for anyone who wants to:
- Feel more at home in their body and cycles
- Understand their hormones and fertility with compassion and clarity
- Release the pressure of the “ticking clock” and reconnect to their inner rhythm
- Rest, restore, and be lovingly supported in a safe space
No previous yoga experience is needed - just come as you are.
The group will be limited to 8 people, to keep the gathering intimate and supported.

Hormone Wisdom Workshop with Amanda
For too long, our hormones and fertility have been wrapped in shame, blame and fear. This workshop is about rewriting that story. In this supportive space, Amanda will guide you through the essentials of hormones and fertility in your 30s - how they work, why they matter and simple ways to support them. Whether or not children are part of your plans, this workshop will leave you feeling more connected to your body and empowered with practical tools and a fresh perspective on your monthly cycle.
Womb Yoga with Amanda
A gentle practice that blends movement, mantra, mudra and pranayama to connect you back to your innate power. Womb Yoga centres an understanding and respect of the seasons of your menstrual cycle and supports you to tune in with awareness to your cyclical ebb and flow. An antidote to hustle culture that will help you live with more ease, self-compassion, and enhanced intuition.
Community
Enjoy fresh herbal teas, delicious, lovingly made healthy bites (both savoury & sweet), in the company of like-minded people. Also a gentle opportunity to reflect and share anything from the workshop, and hear from others navigating similar realities, if it so calls to you.
Yin Yoga with Amy
A floor-based practice of deep, nourishing stretches held for 3-5 minutes. Yin targets the body’s connective tissues, encouraging release, stillness, and spaciousness. This practice not only supports flexibility and joint health, but also invites emotional release and a meditative state of being.
Sound Bath with Amy
Surrender into a deep state of relaxation as you are guided through meditation and immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and gong. This soothing practice helps release blocked energy, restore balance to the nervous system, and leave you feeling centered and renewed.
