Slow Yoga Flow: a slow & juicy yoga flow, synchronising breath with movement, building strength & flexibility.
Yin Yoga: a series of floor-based postures held for 2-4 minutes creating space in the body.
Meditation: quiet the mental chatter, reduce stress, and cultivate a state of inner calm and clarity.
Breathwork: support emotional balance, ground & settle.
Sound Bath: surrender into a deep state of relaxation, a release of blocked energy and a re-balance of the nervous system.
Community: enjoy fresh herbal teas, delicious, lovingly made healthy bites (both savoury & sweet), in the company of like-minded people.
