Mandala - a yoga flow which takes the form of 360 movements around the mat.
This form of yoga emphasises balance, symmetry, and fluid transitions,
creating a meditative experience reflecting the symbolic meaning of the mandala— wholeness, unity, and the cycle of life.
Rocket - a fast paced, dynamic style yoga which includes various arm balances and inversions. This practice has a specific focus on strength.
Hatha - a yoga flow, incorporating postures for a longer period of time which stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
This practice allows for deeper alignment and focus on form.
Restorative - a floor based series of restful postures allowing the body to move into physical and emotional healing.
Yin - a floor based sequence of deep stretches held for around 3-5 minutes, which targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
MEDITATION
Mental practice, aimed at promoting mindfulness, concentration, relaxation, and self-awareness.
