PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions can be tailored to you and you can mix and match from the options below. Requests, suggestions and questions are encouraged to ensure you can have a personalised experience.

Sessions can range from one hour, to an afternoon, to a full day retreat.

Private sessions provide:

a focus on your needs, challenges and goals.

poses, modifications and variations adapted specifically to your body.

an opportunity to experience positive shifts and breakthroughs far quicker than if you only practiced in a group class.

an option to fully integrate yoga into your life so you have the tools and confidence to practice on your own.

time to discuss, break down or adapt any pose taking into account any injury or discomfort you may have.

flexibility to practice in whichever way suits you at the time. For example, if you wanted more of a restorative class or a fitness flow or a combination of the two.

Private sessions - options

YOGA

Vinyasa - a dynamic, creative yoga flow, synchronising breath with the movement.

Working to improve strength, flexibility and mental clarity, the practice is suitable for everyone as sequences can be adapted to different levels of intensity and experience.

Mandala - a yoga flow which takes the form of 360 movements around the mat.

This form of yoga emphasises balance, symmetry, and fluid transitions,

creating a meditative experience reflecting the symbolic meaning of the mandala— wholeness, unity, and the cycle of life.

Rocket - a fast paced, dynamic style yoga which includes various arm balances and inversions. This practice has a specific focus on strength.

Hatha - a yoga flow, incorporating postures for a longer period of time which stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

This practice allows for deeper alignment and focus on form.

Restorative - a floor based series of restful postures allowing the body to move into physical and emotional healing.

Yin - a floor based sequence of deep stretches held for around 3-5 minutes, which targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

MEDITATION

Mental practice, aimed at promoting mindfulness, concentration, relaxation, and self-awareness.

It involves techniques designed to encourage focused attention and awareness,

helping individuals achieve a state of mental clarity, emotional calm, and inner peace

SOUND BATH

Surrender into a deep state of relaxation, a release of blocked energy

and a re-balance of the nervous system through a healing sound bath

WORKSHOP

Interactive session which may not necessarily flow like a class but we can spend time

dissecting the poses and talk through them together.

Option to add meditation, breathwork or sound.

Good for working a specific area of the body,

or if you are working on a particular pose.

Examples include: arm balances, inversions, standing postures, standing balances etc.

HEALTHY BITES

Option to add homemade healthy snacks to your afternoon.
